End Game Content
Raid
We mainly focus on full clears twice a week. All raids are conducted on discord for maximum communication, and smooth coordination and team work. We are also aiming to do low man clears for those who appreciate challenges. This simply means that we focus on being the best we can and encourage members to continuously train to produce the best DPS rotations be it in 10 man clears or low man clears. We are always looking for end gamers who have fully geared multiple professions, who understand their professions and also are willing to learn and adapt to the continuously changing meta. We also have limited room for less experienced players who are willing to learn quickly. We are not a training guild but do make exceptions for players with great potential.
Fractals
There are many reasons why we do fractals and encourage guild members to do fractals together. Some reasons include practising team work skills and more and others including the chance to obtain ascended chests and crafting materials. Whatever the reason are we also focus on fractals and encourage daily runs within the guild.

CHRONO TANK & DPS
Important to be competent with quickness rotation and efficient at providing subgroup / team invulnerability at the right circumstances in raids and fractals.
CONDI / MAGI / POWER DRUID
Understanding DPS rotation as well as upkeep of important subgroup / team buffs. Knowledge of advance mechanics where druids play important roles within raid settings.
TEMPESTS
Ability to constantly perform DPS rotations for standard staff, and fresh air variants for rotations. Also knowledge of key roles tempest play with raid and fractal settings.
CONDI / PS WAR
Upkeep of subgroup / team buffs as well as maximum DPS rotation. Key roles Condi PS play in raid settings and key roles in raid and fractal settings regarding crowd control and more.
GUARDIAN
Key knowledge of maximum DPS rotation as well as key roles such professions play within raid and fractal settings. Example of such include Dragon Hunters in Matthias etc.
